What actually goes wrong

The structure is rarely the problem. The problem is the last 10% — the surfaces everyone sees, touches and photographs, installed by whoever was cheapest that week.
Hollow tiles under a finished majlis
You find out months later, when the sound changes under your foot and the furniture is already in. Lifting a marble floor costs many times what laying it correctly did.
The seam that opens in the first summer
Wallpaper lifts, parquet cups, carpet joints show. The supplier blames the installer, the installer blames the wall, and you are the one holding an unfinished room.
A handover date that slips on flooring
For a shop or an office, the floor is the last trade and the first thing inspected. Rent, salaries and a signed opening date keep running while it gets lifted and re-laid.

About Buildera
Two decades of surfaces.
Buildera Trading and Contracting started in 2001 in Lebanon as Mili Ceramica Trading & Contracting, installing wall and floor coverings. In 2021 the company opened in Doha and now works for private homeowners, retail brands and main contractors across Qatar.
Internal processes are kept in line with international quality guidelines, contracts are executed against specification, and installers are trained on each product line they touch — which is why main contractors bring us into finished-quality retail work.
